Abstract:
Adjusting and optimizing rural public service facilities is a fundamental measure to support the development of rural areas' quality of life. Given the current relatively lagging state of research related to rural pastoral areas, it is difficult for these regions to directly apply the theoretical methods of typical rural areas. Thus, the value of constructing theoretical methods for the layout of public service facilities in rural pastoral areas has become increasingly prominent. Based on this, combining relevant research reviews and characteristics such as spatial layout and value concepts of rural pastoral areas, a layout methodology for public service facilities in these areas is constructed from three dimensions: the reorganization of homesteads, a human-centered facility content system, and the delineation of living circles. This methodology is empirically tested and reviewed using Halejing Village, located in Haiyan County, Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Haibei, Qinghai Province, as a case study, in order to provide a reference for planning villages in pastoral areas.
