Abstract:
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party proposed the strategic goal of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization. The key to implementing the rural revitalization strategy lies in respecting the natural environment of villages, adhering to their inherent development laws, and conducting precise potential development assessments. This study takes Jianli City in Hubei Province as the research object, deeply analyzes its land use evolution characteristics, and grasps the development trend and driving force of land use in Jianli City. On this basis, the study comprehensively considers four dimensions: location conditions, resource endowment, rural main bodies and living networks, constructs a multi-dimensional preliminary evaluation index system, and makes a preliminary evaluation of the villages in Jianli City. By combining the evaluation results of the preliminary evaluation index system, POI point data, and the analysis of the gravity model, the study divides the villages in Jianli City into five types: characteristic protection, high potential high competition, high potential low competition, low potential high competition, and low potential low competition. Finally, based on the classification results, the study proposes targeted development strategies for each type of village, aiming to provide scientific and reasonable guidance to promote the in-depth implementation and comprehensive development of the rural revitalization strategy in Jianli City.
