Abstract:
Preventing systemic risks and improve industrial resilience is not only the inevitable requirement to consolidate and enhance the achievements of industrial poverty alleviation, but also the key measure to effectively connect industrial poverty alleviation and industrial revitalization. Based on the perspective of interdisciplinary research, combined with rural system risk resolution and related theories, this paper analyzes the characteristics and trends of rural industry in the post-poverty alleviation era, and analyzes the dilemma of rural industry and the types of system risk. The results show that the risks of rural industry are mainly reflected in: lack of endogenous power and inefficiency of industry, imperfect rural logistics system and poor product circulation, market weakness under the influence of public health emergencies and lack of jobs. In view of the above risk types, based on the perspective of double cycle new development pattern construction, this paper puts forward the resilience promotion strategies in the aspects of rural industrial transformation and upgrading and market stability, rural logistics network improvement and product circulation, rural employment quality assurance and talent cultivation, and points out the practical ways that can be used for reference for the goal of rural system risk resolution and industrial resilience improvement.
