Abstract:
Under the background of national spatial planning, village planning generally faces core problems such as insufficient practicality, sharp contradictions between people and land, and weak linkage between people and real estate.By deepening the integration analysis of spatial and non spatial elements in the human-land relationship, we aim to promote the harmonious development of the human-land relationship in rural residential areas, and provide new ideas and methods for the research on sustainable development of village settlements.Firstly, using multisource data such as national land spatial survey data, population census data, and village statistical ledger data, the human-land relationship of village homesteads in Hangu Street, Binhai New Area, Tianjin was sorted out. Secondly, revealing the current characteristics of intensified aging trend, imbalanced relationship between homesteads, and diversified demand for homesteads. Finally, this study proposes planning strategies for scientifically evaluating the development space of residential areas, finely formulating demand and supply strategies for homesteads, and gradually establishing a comprehensive service system for residential areas from three dimensions: strategic guidance, classification and overall planning, and service support, providing experience and reference for the sustainable development of residential areas in villages.
