Abstract:
In the context of national spatial planning, the industrial block line refers to a strictly defined and managed boundary within the urban development boundary, aimed at ensuring the scale of urban industrial land. It represents an important innovation to safeguard the development space for the manufacturing industry. In the practice of delineating industrial block lines, various regions primarily focus on controlling the scale and scope of land use. However, there are still shortcomings in terms of consolidating existing 'small, scattered, and disorderly' land use patterns, enhancing the quality and efficiency of existing enterprises, and implementing dynamic adjustments. This article takes the practice of industrial block line delineation in Huian Economic Development Zone in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province as an example. Through the construction of a systematic technical framework, methodological innovation, and practical application, it provides reference experiences for the delineation of county-level industrial block lines.
