Abstract:
Promoting the revitalization and intensification of rural stock construction land is an important proposition for implementing the rural revitalization strategy. With the continuous and deepening development of urbanization, in order to better adapt to the inevitable trend of rural construction space reduction and promote rural smart contraction, taking Shan Village in Shangqiu City of Henan Province as an example, the internal land use status and degraded areas of the village are identified and evaluated, and based on this, a governance path for rural construction space at the micro scale is proposed. On the basis of identifying degraded land, the village space is divided into four types of areas: centralized reservation (protection) area, evacuation and restoration area, revitalization and improvement area, and elastic reservation area, each of which adopts different remediation measures. The 'partitioned governance' aims to implement policies in different areas, distinguish priorities, highlight the key areas of rectification to the greatest extent, and strengthen the implementation effect.
