基于大数据的更新单元规划决策支撑体系研究——以景德镇市东三宝更新单元为例

Research on Decision Support System for Renewal Unit Planning Based on Big Data: A Case of Dongsanbao Urban Renewal Unit in Jingdezhen City

  • 摘要: 在数据主动时代,大数据成为城市更新分析方法的中心词汇之一,但针对更新单元规划多维度支撑的研究缺位。本研究在更新单元尺度,基于更新实施的品牌效益、经济效益、社会效益等目标导向,开展场所认知、人群画像、功能业态、设施供需等多维度技术探索,支撑城市更新规划的实施。具体包括: 1)基于微博签到数据识别更新单元场所印象,甄别标志、节点等空间结构要素,推导更新规划的项目建设指引;2)基于百度人口数据探索人群定位,基于POI数据研判功能业态联系,推导更新规划的功能完善指引;3)基于POI数据和人口空间分布数据分析设施供需匹配关系,推导更新规划的设施完善指引。以期为科学化、精细化的城市更新规划决策提供新视角和途径。

     

    Abstract: In the era of big data, big data has become one of the key terms of urban renewal analysis methods, but the research on multi-dimensional support for urban renewal unit planning is absent. On the scale of renewal units, based on the goal orientation of brand benefits, economic benefits, and social benefits, this study carries out multi-dimensional technical exploration such as place cognition, crowd portrait, functional formats, and demand-supply matching of facilities to support the implementation of urban renewal planning. To be specific, three basic problems are focused on in this study: Firstly, based on Weibo check-in data, this study identifies place impression and spatial structure elements such as signs and nodes within the urban renewal unit to derive the guidance of project construction for urban renewal planning; Secondly, this study explores the demographic positioning based on Baidu's population data and researches the relationship between functional formats based on POI data to derive the guidance of the functional improvement of urban renewal planning; Thirdly, this study investigates demand-supply matching of facilities based on POI data and population spatial distribution data to derive the guidance of the facilities of the urban renewal planning. This study provides new perspectives and ways for scientific and refined urban renewal planning decisions.
