Abstract: Under the background of rural revitalization strategy, rural livelihood construction has become a key factor. This thesis takes Yiyuan County, Zibo City, Shandong Province as the research object, through field research on the configuration status and actual demand of rural livelihood service facilities, in-depth analysis of the necessity and feasibility of centralized construction of livelihood service facilities, and then puts forward the concept of ‘village-level livelihood service complex' and conducts a detailed analysis, and then summarizes its construction mode, combined with the actual project design process for verification and evaluation, aiming to provide design references for improving the governance level of village livelihood services, narrowing the gap between urban and rural livelihood services, and promoting the effective implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.
