Abstract: This study aims to guide the spatial agglomeration and orderly development of rural construction activities within a specified period. To optimize the allocation of rural spatial resources, promote the sharing of infrastructure and public services, and advance coordinated regional development, Sichuan Province has pioneered a new model of rural territorial spatial planning organized by district units. From the perspective of district units, this paper focuses on the delineation logic and key technical methods of village construction boundaries in township-level master plans, taking the territorial spatial planning at the township level in Butuo County, Sichuan Province as an example. It is intended to provide a reference for improving district-based rural governance.
