传统村落暴雨地质灾害多尺度风险评估与管理启示——以渝东南地区为例

Multi-scale Risk Assessment of Rainfall-induced Geohazards in Traditional Villages and Management Implications: A Case Study of Southeast Chongqing

  • 摘要: 传统村落多分布于地质灾害多发的山区,且文物资源丰富、历史环境复杂,有必要开展多尺度灾害风险评估,以满足不同层级风险管理主体的需求。本文以渝东南县域、镇域和村落为评估单元,构建传统村落暴雨地质灾害多尺度风险评估框架,形成传统村落多层级灾害风险图。结果表明,研究区传统村落地质灾害风险具有显著的多尺度空间异质性,渝东南6个县域风险差异明显,镇域尺度上,酉阳县39个乡镇单元风险总体呈现东高西低的空间分布格局,村落尺度上,河湾村、后溪村表现出较高的综合风险水平。县域和乡镇等面域尺度的评估可用于筛选重点管控区域,村落尺度的评估可用于明确优先保护对象和差异化干预重点,研究结果为传统村落灾害风险分级管理和相关国土空间规划提供科学依据。

     

    Abstract: Traditional villages are predominantly located in mountainous areas prone to geohazards. Given their rich cultural heritage and complex historical environments, conducting multi-scale risk assessments is essential to meet the needs of hierarchical risk management. Taking counties, townships, and villages in southeastern Chongqing as assessment units, this study develops a multi-scale risk assessment framework for rainfall-induced geohazards in traditional villages and generates multi-level risk maps. The results reveal significant multi-scale spatial heterogeneity in geohazard risks within the study area. Specifically, risks vary markedly across the six counties; at the township scale, the 39 townships in Youyang County exhibit a spatial pattern of higher risk in the east and lower risk in the west; at the village scale, Hewan and Houxi villages demonstrate relatively high comprehensive risk levels. Assessments at the macro-scales (county and township) are effective for identifying priority control areas, while village-scale assessments clarify key protection targets and differentiated intervention priorities. These findings provide a scientific basis for graded risk management and territorial spatial planning for traditional villages.
