Abstract:
Against the backdrop of ecological civilization, the combined supply of natural resource assets serves as a crucial institutional innovation. Through the integrated allocation and value realization of multicategory resources, it provides a new pathway for the transformation of ‘lucid waters and lush mountains into invaluable assets'. Taking the Guangzhou Section of the High-Quality Development Leading Zone around Nankun Mountain-Luofu Mountain as a case study, this paper introduces value capture theory to analyze the internal logic and operational mechanisms of the combined supply of natural resource assets in ecologically advantageous areas. Furthermore, it establishes an analytical framework of ‘resource integration-value capture-value-added distribution'. Based on the resource endowments, asset package allocation, and practical exploration of the study area, this paper proposes implementation-oriented pathways for the value capture and value-added distribution of natural resource asset packages. This study aims to provide references for the realization of natural resource values in similar regions.
